Syncs ROADMAP.md with the verified state of the world (VS-29).

YouTrack queried 2026-06-06: VS-1, VS-2, VS-4 through VS-14 are Done; the Tractable table still listed all 15 as open. Pruned to the two that remain: VS-3 (In Progress) and VS-16, with file:line refs updated to current main.
VS-15 row ref refreshed to crates/meshcentral-web/src/lib.rs:586-616 (the 501-hint routes moved).
Yubikey acknowledged-limitation row dropped: add_yubikey_hkey (user_session.rs:9724) now validates against the Yubico API and persists the key, so the limitation no longer exists.
New "Untracked parity gaps" section from a live sweep against upstream Node MeshCentral: meshctrl implements 22 of ~58 upstream verbs (and its doc header stale-claims only list-meshes is wired), meshscanner.js mDNS/SSDP LAN discovery has no Rust counterpart, SMS ships Twilio only with Plivo/Telnyx documented TODO.
NeDB / MongoDB / MySQL backends recorded as out of scope next to the wire-compat non-goal.
New 2026-06-06 snapshot section noting VS-26, VS-27, VS-28 (In Progress), and the VERVAIN_SETUP_* listener overrides landed since the 2026-05-21 snapshot.
