Summary

Docs-only. The structural UI redesign already shipped under epic LC-364 (Done); this roadmap reconciles the LC-UI-01..12 follow-up tail and records what genuinely remains, replacing the earlier (redundant) six-phase P2-P6 pixel-match plan that was drafted before LC-364 was known complete.

What is inside

Reconciliation of the LC-UI tail (LC-554..565) against merged PRs. LC-564 verified fully done and flipped to Done; LC-561 and LC-565 are partial (remaining scope commented on the tickets); LC-555 is effectively done (two unused helper classes to adopt or close).
Preliminary plans for the genuinely-remaining items: R1 shared admin page-header (LC-561), R2 room-timeline polish (LC-558), R3 enclave-rail focus-visible (LC-560), R4 call-button and dense-row tap targets (LC-565 tail), R5 adopt or close the dead helper classes (LC-555), R6 the room Details panel (the one real mockup delta, needs a build/restyle/drop decision).
Six-palette follow-on for LC-566: hardcoded-color sweep so non-default palettes recolor, sidebar/rail per-palette check, contrast + gallery regression, and the arctic/deep-sea accent decision.
The old P2-P6 pixel-match program mapped against reality (mostly delivered by LC-364 plus the LC-UI passes), so nothing is dropped.
Ticket-hygiene recommendations for LC-541 (superseded by LC-364/LC-553/LC-566), LC-553 (reconcile and close after the tail lands), and LC-566.

The structural redesign already shipped under epic LC-364; this roadmap reconciles the LC-UI-01..12 tail (LC-554..565), records the genuinely-remaining work (R1-R6 admin header, timeline polish, rail focus, tap targets, dead-helper adoption, Details panel decision) plus the six-palette follow-on verification, maps the old P2-P6 pixel-match plan against what is already done, and lists ticket-hygiene actions for LC-541/LC-553/LC-566.
