CI's clippy gate failed with `-D warnings` on dead-code:
- `send_with_ip` (routes_anti_spam.rs:116)
- `send_with_ip_full` (routes_anti_spam.rs:121)

Both fed the register / login / 2FA rate-limit tests that were retired with
the password path. Delete them alongside.
