What

Brings the README current with features that shipped since its last update (LC-77, email reply-by-email). The README's feature catalog, environment-variable table, and tech-stack section had drifted behind several merged epics.

Changes

• Voice and video: documents consent-gated remote control during 1:1 calls (LC-182 through LC-186).
• New Personalization section: light/dark/high-contrast (WCAG AA/AAA) themes plus follow-system, comfortable/compact density, and the in-app language picker with browser-language fallback (LC-100, LC-188, LC-190 through LC-194).
• Integrations and API: documents per-room Atom and iCal feeds served from revocable secret-token URLs (LC-102).
• Environment variables: adds the LETS_CHAT_RETENTION_SWEEP_ENABLED operator variable that was only documented in CLAUDE.md.
• Tech stack: notes Project Fluent i18n (links docs/i18n.md) and the semantic design-token theming layer.

Every added line was verified against the current codebase (routes, settings handlers, env-var reads) before writing. README-only change; no code touched.
