Picker labels renamed Active->Online, Idle->Away (db values unchanged: active/idle/dnd).
Settings page status dot now handles the hub-derived "offline" branch (slate), matching the avatar partial; the friendly label is also rendered in the "Status:" line.
Every status dot now exposes aria-label ("Online"/"Away"/"Do not disturb"/"Offline") so screen readers announce presence; the live WS swap updates the label alongside the color.
