lifetime_member: keep as a decoupled admin comp flag (boolean + is_access_allowed branch + grant_lifetime_membership endpoint stay; decoupled from the deleted Lifetime tier). JWT/MembershipResponse price_locked removal: non-breaking - stop writing the fields, tolerate their absence on read, let old tokens age out; no deprecation-window engineering. Only the Stripe test-key gate remains open.
