Adds an "Other implementations" section to README.md (before "## License") linking the known alternative YouTrack MCP servers: tonyzorin/youtrack-mcp, pushax/youtrack-mcp, and GaijinEntertainment/youtrack-rocket-mcp. Plain link list, no feature claims, so it cannot drift as those projects evolve.

Resolves YT-21.
