Update the README hosting statement. It previously said the code was hosted on Codeberg with eventual plans to mirror it on Gitea and GitHub. The canonical source now lives on dev.a8n.run and is mirrored to Codeberg and GitHub. Added link references for all three locations.

docs: point uses example at Forgejo source on dev.a8n.run ... 6e96411c1f

The example workflow referenced the Codeberg mirror in its uses field. Point it at the canonical Forgejo source on dev.a8n.run.
