Standardize licensing to a single MIT LICENSE file (year 2026) with the org-correct copyright holder.

  • File is named LICENSE (no .md extension); any prior LICENSE.md is renamed and any duplicate license file removed.
  • Copyright holder set per owning organization: NiceGuyIT and pandoras-box -> Nice Guy IT, LLC; a8n-tools -> a8n Tools; psa-systems -> PSA Systems.
  • Replaces leftover template placeholders (and relicenses prior GPL/third-party texts) with the standard MIT terms.
