Add tests for previously untested modules (JWT, SaaS auth, middleware)
and expand coverage across all existing test modules including error
handling, config validation, scraper metadata extraction, category
tree building, link domain/path parsing, scheduler jitter logic,
GitHub URL handling, security validation, and user model.
