Adds
docs/va-139-macos-validation.md: the single on-device validation-pass runbook for the deferred runtime ACs of VA-93 (macOS KVM), VA-55 (assistance GUI), and VA-138 (desktop-tunnel keyboard). Those are merged and compile-checked (check-macos-features), but their acceptance criteria are runtime checks CI cannot run.The runbook has prerequisites (LaunchAgent in the console session + Screen Recording / Accessibility grants), a step / expected / evidence entry per AC across KVM, keyboard and the assistance GUI, the scriptable checks inline (stripped-binary size, IPC socket path, log lines), and a results table to attach to VA-139.
Doc only, no code change. Running the pass live next; results go on VA-139.
