The mokosh-api -> mokosh-server rename landed across the repo, image, and
compose stack, but the OCI build job's display name: was left as "Build and
push mokosh-api image" while its own build step and the published image
(let image = "mokosh-server") already used the new name. Align the job name
so CI no longer surfaces the dead mokosh-api identity.
