codebase-state.md captures the 27 ranked P0..P3 UI/UX issues (the /portal/tickets/new GET-leak data-loss bug, dead TableRow.clickable rows everywhere, stub-submit forms stuck loading, dead detail-page header buttons, fake-link blue text, contrast issues, scrollbar nesting), 10 cross-cutting findings, the per-page status table for all 54 routes, and 19 proposed fixes F1..F19 with concrete code patches and priority ordering.
client-server-integration.md describes the gap to mokosh-server: per-section table mapping each client UI surface to server status, the byte-identical DTO sharing pattern, the suggested next-implementation pass for wiring auth/tickets/contacts/tenants, and a mock-vs-real toggle pattern that keeps seed data working until the server modules land.
README.md indexes both files and documents conventions for keeping them in sync with code changes.
