Two KB reading-view tweaks plus a lockfile fix.

Read-mode button

Its active state is now DERIVED from "both rails collapsed" rather than a separate read_mode flag, so manually collapsing both chevrons flips it to the active state automatically.
Icon swaps between outward arrows (expand) and inward arrows (minimize) via inline SVG. Click collapses both rails when either is open, expands both when both are collapsed. Drops the unused read_mode/prior signals and kb_read_mode pref.

Density paragraph spacing

The compact/comfortable density toggle now drives BOTH line spacing (leading-relaxed vs leading-snug) AND the gap between paragraphs ([&_p]:my-5 vs [&_p]:my-2), so compact reads denser and comfortable airier.

Cargo.lock

The KB overhaul added ammonia to Cargo.toml but the lock update was never committed (authored without a local toolchain), leaving main out of sync. Sync the lockfile so cargo build --locked resolves.

Needs a gate run.

fix(kb): derive read-mode from both rails collapsed, swap expand/minimize icon 1689cc0bb3

The read-mode button now reflects whether both side rails are collapsed rather than tracking a separate read_mode flag, so collapsing both chevrons manually flips it to the active (minimize) state automatically. The icon swaps between outward arrows (expand) and inward arrows (minimize). Clicking collapses both rails when either is open, or expands both when both are collapsed. Drops the now-unused read_mode/prior signals and kb_read_mode pref.

feat(kb): density toggle also controls paragraph spacing, not just line height e58bd90b4b

The compact/comfortable reader density now drives both the within-paragraph line spacing (leading-relaxed vs leading-snug) and the gap between paragraphs (an arbitrary [&_p]:my-5 vs [&_p]:my-2 variant overriding the prose plugin default), so compact reads noticeably denser and comfortable reads airier.

The KB overhaul added ammonia to Cargo.toml but the lockfile update was not committed (the change was authored without a local toolchain), leaving Cargo.lock out of sync with Cargo.toml on main. Commit the regenerated lock entries so `cargo build --locked` resolves.
