Replaces the hand-coded inline-SVG creature (and its water-gradient disc) with the new self-contained Bunyip illustration: the shaggy creature peering through the reeds over a pond. Added as bunyip-web/assets/bunyip-hero.png and served via the existing /assets route.

Keeps the aspect-square max-w-md container and the "Surfaces what matters." caption, now quoted, lifted onto the artwork (bottom-16), with a drop shadow on both the caption pill and the illustration.
