Renames LICENSE.md to LICENSE (no extension) so Forgejo/GitHub license detection recognizes it and surfaces the license badge and link. Pure rename: contents unchanged, no code references the path.

Resolves BUNYIP-143.

Acceptance criteria

  • LICENSE.md renamed to LICENSE, contents unchanged.
  • No remaining references to LICENSE.md in the repo.
