Corrects the stale project-key note in CLAUDE.md. The repo's YouTrack project is YTMCP (Pandora-YouTrack MCP), not YT (the Pandora-YouTrack CLI project, formerly YT / now YTCLI). Future issues for this repo file against YTMCP.

Resolves #YTMCP-9.

CLAUDE.md named the repo's YouTrack project as YT (Pandora-YouTrack CLI), which is stale now that a dedicated YTMCP (Pandora-YouTrack MCP) project exists. Point the project-key note at YTMCP and disambiguate from the YT/YTCLI project.
