fix(version): align update progress/result wording with fj bab399eb85

Match `fj version update`'s progress wording while keeping the `yt` improvements: use `Downloading <url>` in place of `Updating from <url>`, print `Verifying checksum` before the checksum step so it is visible, and make the result banner version-aware. A stable bump (semver changes) now prints the single-line arrow form `Updated <path> <old> -> <new>` while keeping the binary path `yt` deliberately retains; a rebuild of the same release (semver unchanged) or an unparseable banner keeps the multi-line `Updated <path>` / `  from:` / `  to:` full-banner form so the git hash and build date disambiguate the two builds. The banner selection is factored into `format_update_result` and covered by unit tests for both trains plus the defensive fallback. Download, checksum enforcement, self-replace, and the post-swap smoke test are unchanged.
